These terms set out the conditions under which PRIM-LOGIST SRL, IDNO 1015608001255, str. Movileni 77, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, provides the services presented on the Salubris.MD website.
The website is for information only, and you order by phone or by message, through our consultant. By ordering a service or using the website, you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.
We rent out waste containers, which we deliver to your address and collect. We remove waste by van or truck to authorised landfills, and our movers collect it into bags and load it. We also carry out demolition work, clear waste after renovation or from yards, and hire out manipulator trucks and mobile lifts.
Services are provided on the basis of a confirmed order, on the agreed date and time.
Call us or write to us on Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or social media. You agree the details of the service with our consultant, and the contract is concluded when the consultant confirms the order. You pay only for the services actually performed, and the order can still be cancelled free of charge after confirmation.
The details you give us are used only to process your order, in line with our privacy policy.
All prices include VAT.
Service prices are shown as minimums ("from X lei") because the final amount depends on the volume, distance and duration of the job. We confirm the final price before the work starts.
No payment is taken on the website. We do not ask for bank details and do not collect money through the site.
Payment happens outside the website: on site or by invoice, as agreed when the order is confirmed.
Cancelling or rescheduling an order is always free of charge. We only ask that you tell us as early as possible, so we can reassign the team and the vehicle.
So that the job goes smoothly, please:
If your property or premises are damaged during the work, we send a specialist to assess the damage. Depending on the case, we repair it or pay you compensation.
Damage must be reported when the work is finished or, if it was not visible then, within 48 hours.

As a consumer, you may also apply to the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței) or to a court.
The texts, images, logo and design of the website belong to the company. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the website on the day the order is made.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
